Were ready! RRHS teachers participated in a blended learning professional development led by Lisa Hervey of the Friday Institite. "Teach like kids live" is her motto as she led our faculty through engaging strategies to help students learn. #KidsAreOurCustomers
Our math department has been on the road this summer! Teachers recently presented math sessions to teachers, principals, and superintendents at the "High Schools That Work Conference" in Nashville, Tennessee. Over 5000 educators from across the nation attended this conference.

RRHS Soccer Game Change:
RRHS vs. Granville Central Soccer scheduled for Wednesday night at Hoyle Field has been postponed.
RRHS Football Game Change: Because of the threat of severe weather, RRHS Yellow Jackets will host Northampton Co. on Thursday. Game time is 7:00 p.m. at Hoyle Field.

Chromebook pickup will be the following dates and times:
August 15 - 3-7 (A-H)
August 16 - 10-12 and 3-7 (I-P)
August 17 - 10-12 and 3-7 (Q-Z)
Please come sign your chromebook contract and pick up your chromebook for the new school year. A parent or guardian must come with each student to sign and pick up.
Students:
Schedules for the new 2017-2018 year will be mailed the week of August 14-18. Look for them to arrive in your mail very soon. There will also be a letter mailed with your schedules that will explain protocols and procedures for the first few days of school. We are looking forward to another great school year. See you soon!

Students: RRHS Women's tennis begins Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. at the TJ Davis Rec. courts. All interested players please come to practice. Tennis is a no-cut sport. The coaching staff will teach you the sport if you are new to tennis.
