The first official day of Fall Sports at RRHS is coming up on Monday, August 2, 2021.
Team Practice Information
Football: On Monday August 2nd the team will meet in the weightroom to lift at 4:30pm. After lifting the team will hit the practice field at 6pm. Dress appropriately for lifting then having your cleats ready for the practice field. The team is currently holding summer workouts. Contact Coach Lyons for more details
Volleyball: On Monday August 2nd the team will practice at 6pm in the RRHS Gym. Bring knee pads, a water bottle, and a positive attitude. The team will be having summer workouts next week. Contact Coach Moseley for more details.
Men's Soccer: On Monday August 2nd the team will practice at 4pm at the Manning School Track. Bring water, tennis shoes, as well as your soccer gear. The team is currently having summer workouts. Contact Coach Jean for more details.
Women's Tennis: On Monday August 2nd the team will practice at 6pm at the TJ Davis Recreation Center tennis courts. Bring water and your tennis gear. Contact Coach Pageau for more details.
Men's and Women's Cross Country: On Monday August 2nd the team will start practice. The team will have an interest meeting Wednesday, July 22nd at 7pm in the RRHS Gym. Contact Coach Coker for more details.
Paperwork Information
1. You must have a current physical (within the last 13 months), the NCHSAA concussion form, the NCHSAA pledge form, and the RRHS Participation form.
2. Do not turn in any paperwork to your coach. You can turn in paperwork to me, Coach Clark, or Mrs. Robertson. Once we have all your paperwork on file we will give you a pass to turn in to your coach to allow you to be able to practice.
3. You can turn in your paperwork on the following dates: Monday July 26, Wednesday July 28, Thursday July 29, and Monday August 2. I will be in the Administration Building each of these days from 10:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-2:30pm.
