RRHS Senior Mallaury Pageau has the distinct honor of being the first student to receive a national DECA scholarship. Pageau was awarded the Sonya Dismuke Memorial Scholarship and the NCACTE Northeast Region Career Guidance Scholarship.
Mallaury has been a dedicated member of the RRHS DECA Chapter for all four years of high school and is the Vice President of Marketing. She also led the Chaloner Middle School DECA Chapter as a student advisor. Through DECA Mallaury has participated in numerous community projects and has helped to raise money to benefit several community organizations.
CTE classes have been a huge part of her academic career and fueled her passion to major in business. She plans to attend UNC Chapel Hill this fall.
